Agnes Chang - US CPA, BS Accounting, AICPA

Agnes graduated from Arizona State University with a BS degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She first started her career with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Hong Kong) after her college graduation in 1990 and then worked at Ernst & Young (Hong Kong) for about 2 years. She then rejoined Deloitte until 2003. She has over 20 years of expatriate tax experience that includes US and HK taxes.
